Life of an expat – what is really BEST for me?
By Zsófia Navratil on 3 June, 2010
What is the most important thing in your life? What are your priorities? Is your personal development on the first place, your family, friends or probably your hobby? Or is the most important thing really your carrier? And if not, how do you explain that you transitionally gave up everything else for it?

Home is where happy memories grow
By Zsófia Navratil on 21 April, 2010
Probably it’s not very common among university students (well at least from the western part of Europe) to finish university without one foreign semester or something other experience at least, so you may be surprised that to me the 2nd Module of our Trainee Programme is the very first experience of living abroad at all.

Mamma Mia, here I go again
By Zsófia Navratil on 17 December, 2009
Morning: standing on lectern, presenting the revenue forecast of Pannon for the next year. Evening: dancing on stage as one of the girlfriends of Sophie from Mamma Mia. Introductions, training, meetings and on top of that: working on both local and global projects. You could ask how I manage all these tasks, but it’s not that hard at all. Okay, maybe it would be in another organisation, but in Pannon… Pannon really helps you perform your best!

A good first impression is a great part of success
By Zsófia Navratil on 23 September, 2009
No, I’m not going to tell you wise and empty phrases. In fact this sentence is anything but empty. Anybody who is newcomer to an organisation should be aware of the fact, that he/she is being judged based on a few moments’ impressions. We walk around, talk, eat, do our presentations or just sit quietly in the corner, and a lot of people will have opinions about us in no time.
