Vacation- and Telenor comes with me!

Telenor is bigger than I realize when I work only at Fornebu. You never know where you’re going to find a little reminder that the work we do extends beyond the office and our colleauges. When it comes down to it though, I’m really proud to be a Telenor employee- and that goes with me on vacation too!

Business School versus On the Job Learning

Business school is a necessary institution and I have drawn on my knowledge and experiences from it in many situations, but its not everything. Organizational ways of working are also necessary, as policies and procedures enable the easier functioning of large size organizations. Having experienced the acheiver lifestyle of business school and the assimilator lifestyle of busines, Im trying to find my own place while learning about myself- and how management ACTUALLY works.

Gaining Perspective- One Day at a Time

The day has come where I no longer jump out of bed and run to work. Perhaps part of my altered energy is the fault of my initial big expectations meeting the reality of work…. but highs and lows included, this first month reminded me that I have to buckle up my seatbelt for the ride ahead!
