Return to home camp

Crash! I am home again!
I remember writing about something similar when moving to Hungary six months ago and now again the same thoughts pop up. Moving around every six months from place-2-place, department-2-department, meeting new people, leaving those you love behind for a while, saying goodbye to your new friends, is hard and challenging… and I think it always will be.
Back at the headquarters
Anyway, although it is sad to leave your new friends and exciting tasks at work behind, the good news is that it is usually something great around the next corner as well! Apart from the obvious (once again living with my better half) it feels great to be around so many of the other trainees again as well.
New colleagues and new challenges
Coming home also means returning to a new position. Having been inspired by the Vice President of Corporate Responsibility during my first week at Telenor, this area was an obvious choice for me for my last six months of the programme, and luckily the guys in the department were happy to have me (you see it is not only up to us trainees). After working half a year with Service Development I can promise you the change is significant as the nature of this work area is quite different. However, that being said I definitely believe my stay here will be great both in respect to the social part and the learning aspect of it!
