An exciting start of the trainee period

After packing and opening loads of presents, taking part in calm and relaxing Christmas dinners, and surviving some pretty loud new years eve parties I had enough time to go over a little bit on my experiences regarding the past year. Fortunately the results were quite inspiring…

Lots of impressions and expectations met
New job, new people, new flat, brand new experiences, new challenges, and last but not least new way of working J. After my first few months in Pannon I realized that I have got much more from this trainee program so far than I would have expected. I experienced a huge information overload since September, I met so many colleagues and I had several opportunities to gather work experiences as well. In the first months I was rotating in different divisions and offices so I could learn as much as possible about the telecom industry.

Participating in the development process of a new business case
Besides learning I have been working in different project as well, helping the work of Mobile Data & New Business Office in Pannon. This office is seeking for new ideas, technologies and business opportunities in the Hungarian market. During the past months I take part in the development process of a business case for a new and rather exciting service. I found this atmosphere rather inspiring, because I feel every day that something exciting is built from ideas of people.

Looking forward to Kuala Lumpur
Besides the diversity of work and projects here in Pannon, I am really looking forward to meeting with the fellow trainees in our next workshop in KL.  ¼/p>
