Welcome 2008

At the moment I am working on a project to further improve customer experience at dealer outlet.

Nothing is finalized with regards to this matter but it is something I would like to pursue if I can get the go ahead from my superiors.

Well in the coming weeks, I will be moving around the various divisions of sales to get an all rounded view of what constitutes as sales since my task related to platinum dealers are almost complete.

Video Shoot: my colleagues have a great potential for acting!

I was finally able to conduct video shoot for one of my proposed training. The shots were taken at one of our dealer’s outlet with the participating actors’ from our own talent group. It was great to see my colleagues acting out the scenes with one colleague in particular who exhibited great potential for acting!

Expectations for the coming weeks……….

Well I am looking forward to be hands- on involved in the training that I had proposed, however that would only be later as the training “season” has not started. That would also mean that, I would have to patiently wait to see the results of the change that I have suggested for the current product training with regards to the evaluation of training effectiveness on the participants.
