Managing Chaos and Christmas Holidays

I have just had my first paid holiday days in my life! Was a little bit worried that I would have a hard time relaxing and dropping work completely, but in the end, a piece of cake =)

Last 24 hours before presentation of final project

Some hectic hours with a range of changes. As mentioned in my last blog I have been leading a project ment to turn around the Cash Flow of one of our business. A range of initiatives have been identified leading to a speified total Cash Flow improvement in the business area.

48 hours before final presentation I brief my boss, all looks super good and he is happy. Me, I am mainly releived and very happy =) 1st project has gone well, puh!

24 Hours before final presentation I get new directions, it is “desired” that I find a subtotal inrease of 25 % in Cash Flow by the time of final presentation…. Needless to say I had a couple of pretty stressfull hours after that. But, it all went well in the end and the project presentation went really well I think. Super happy about that!

Was assigned a new project this morning which seems really exciting! Will tell you about that next time though since I am late for my next meeting. Thanks for all comments!
