2008 - An exciting new year

Having had a relaxing and fun Christmas Holiday, I am now really looking forward to a new year! There are so many exciting things that will happen, and I can not wait to get started.
Out of energy after a hectic project period
As I wrote just before Christmas I could use some days off after a hectic project-ending. It always strikes me as quite strange how you are able to perform 110% while working on a project and still feel “on-top” in your spare-time, then closing the project feeling that you can not get to much relaxation. Obviously it is not good for you to give 110% for a long period of time, but working on a project you never see it coming before you are completely out of energy. I think that monitoring this is a very important task for project-managers, and hope that I will get good at this myself some day.
Trainee-gathering in Kuala Lumpur
One of the things I am looking forward to in 2008 is without doubt the trip to Kuala Lumpur (KL) in the end of January. It will be very interesting to learn more about our mobile operations in Asia, and DiGi in particular. I am also really looking forward to meet the other trainees (there are 4 trainees that currently is working outside of Norway) as well, and hoping to have a lot of fun with them during the week (and weekends).
Where to go in the second module?
Until now the largest question-mark for 2008 is the outplacement in the second module. Still none of us have been told where we will go, but I think they are going to tell us during the stay in KL. We have been asked where we would like to go, but probably it will not be possible to satisfy all of us. Well, most likely it will be exciting wherever we end up!:-) I`ll keep you posted! Best regards,Marius
